Vialsense is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical, pharmaceutical, or health advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care.

• Using Vialsense does not create a doctor–patient, pharmacist–patient, or any other professional relationship.
• We are not a healthcare provider, pharmacy, or medical device.
• Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any supplement or medication, and before making any health decision.
• Do not start, stop, or change anything you take based on a Vialsense email.
• Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you read in a brief.
• The absence of an alert in a brief does not mean an item is safe or problem-free.
• In an emergency, call your local emergency number (for example, 911 in the United States). Do not rely on Vialsense for urgent matters.

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make about your health.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Vialsense. By using the service, you confirm that you meet these requirements. Vialsense is not intended for anyone under 18.

4. Access and your account

Vialsense uses passwordless access: we send time-limited links to your email address. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure. Anyone with access to your email — or to a valid link — may be able to view or change your stack, so do not share your links. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your email or links.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for any unlawful purpose;
• enter another person's information without authorization;
• attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours;
• scrape, copy, reverse-engineer, overload, or interfere with the service; or
• resell or commercially exploit the service without our permission.

6. Information sources and accuracy

Vialsense draws on third-party and publicly available sources. That information may be incomplete, delayed, outdated, or inaccurate, and sources can change or be unavailable. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information in a brief, and briefs may not capture all relevant information about an item.

7. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
